Decisions:

Having due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment:

1.           Approval be granted to exclude the requirements of the Neath Port Talbot Council Contract Procedure Rules and to delivery the Neath Port Talbot Hardship Relief Scheme utilising a partner agency as detailed in the circulated report.

2.           That delegated authority be granted to the Chief Finance Officer to enter into a partnership agreement with Warm Wales to facilitate delivery of the NPT Hardship Relief Scheme.

Reason for Decisions:

To enable the Council to provide hardship relief to residents of the County Borough.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period, which ended at 9.00am on Sunday 3 July, 2022. There was no call in of this item.
