Decision:

That having due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, approval be granted to advertise the Various Traffic Regulation Orders associated with the planning conditions for the new Housing Development off Meadow Road, Neath as detailed in the circulated report.

Reason for Decision:

The proposed traffic regulation orders will prevent indiscriminate parking and regulate traffic manoeuvres in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period, which ended at 9.00am on Sunday 3 July, 2022. There was no call in of this item.

Consultation:

A consultation exercise will be undertaken when the scheme is advertised.
