The Head of Legal and Democratic Services briefed Council on the legal requirement of the Local Government Act 1972 and the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to hold an Annual General Meeting for the civic year 2022/2023 as detailed in the circulated report.

RESOLVED:       In the light of discussions still ongoing between political parties as to the make-up of the Council for the civic year 2022/2023, items (e) to (i) of paragraph 2 be deferred to the next meeting of Council.
