point and withdrew from the meeting for this item only.
Decisions:
Having due regard to the Integrated Impact Screening Assessment approval be granted to the following applications to the Members Community Fund as detailed in Appendices (A) to (TT) except for (AA) which was withdrawn from consideration at today meeting as detailed in the circulated report.
(a) Appendix A - An Application by Councillor Adam McGrath to equip Cimla RFC with an externally mounted defibrillator .Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,500.00.
(b) Appendix B – An Application by Councillor John Warman to equip the ‘Utility Stores’ in Castle Drive, Cimla with an externally mounted defibrillator. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,500.
(c) Appendix C – An Application by Councillors John Warman and Councillor Adam McGrath to develop a community artwork event at the 14th Neath (Cimla) Scout Group HQ. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,000.
(d) Appendix D – An Application by Councillor Christopher Jones to install an inclusive ‘Ability Swing’ within Lon Tanyrallt play area, Alltwen. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £10,000.
(e) Appendix E – An Application by Councillors Rahaman, Freeguard and Keogh to install an electricity supply and essential groundworks for LED floodlights to Ynys Park for Trefelin Boys & Girls Club. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £18,343.27.
(f) Appendix F – An Application by Councillor Sonia Reynolds to procure and install a defibrillator at Canolfan Maerdy in the Aman valley. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,679.00.
(g) Appendix G – An Application by Councillor Sonia Reynolds to procure and install a defibrillator at Hwb y Gors in Cwmgors in the Aman valley. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,679.00.
(h) Appendix H – An Application by Councillors A.P.H. Davies and M. Harvey to refurbish one tennis court in Skewen Park, Coedffranc. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £18,176.00.
(i) Appendix I – An Application by Councillors Wyndham Griffiths, Jo Hale and Christopher Williams to equip the Bryncoch Environmental Group with essential resources to expand their greening initiatives within Bryncoch North and South. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,071.62.
(j) Appendix J – An Application by Councillor Alan Lockyer to procure and install a defibrillator into the Neath YMCA. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,240.00.
(k) Appendix K – An Application by Councillors Wyndham Griffiths, Jo Hale and Christopher Williams to provide resources for the Neath Rural Guiding (Bryncoch) Units. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,000.00.

(p) Appendix P – An Application by Councillor Angharad Aubrey to provide a defibrillator to the Salvation Army Headquarters in Skewen. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,600.00.

(rr) Appendix RR – An Application by Councillor Helen Ceri Clarke to provide new benches to Llandarcy village, Coedffranc West. Total request of the Members Community Fund is £1,279.59.
