Members were supportive of the proposal submitted by the Cabinet Scrutiny Committee held prior to this meeting to undertake a review after 6 months from the date of commencement in April 2022.

Decision:

That the service model as detailed in the circulated report be approved from April 2022 but be subject to a 6 month review.

Reason for Decision:

To allow the reopening of the Civic buildings to the public, in a controlled and managed way.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period which ends at 9am, Friday, 25^th March 2022. No call ins were received.
