Cllrs. S.Rahaman and S.Freeguard re-affirmed their interests and left the meeting.

Decisions:

Having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment. The following Members Community Fund Applications be approved:

1.           An Application by Councillors R.Wood, S.Paddison and O.S.Davies to establish an Early Years play facility at Tir Morfa, Sandfields West, as set out in Appendix A to the circulated report.

2.           An Application by Councillor D.Lewis to establish an open access play scheme at ‘Building Blocks’ community setting in Resolven, as set out in Appendix B to the circulated report.

3.           An Application by Councillors J.D.Morgan, S.Knoyle and R.Lewis to extend the Upper Neath Valley Cluster Worker project, as set out in Appendix C to the circulated report.

4.           An Application by Councillor H.C.Clarke to add to Public Lighting in Elba Crescent/Fabian Way in Coedffranc West, as set out in Appendix D to the circulated report.

5.           An Application by Councillors S.Rahaman, S.Freeguard and D.Keogh to provide an Extract Air Handling System to Port Talbot Mosque and Islamic Centre, as set out in Appendix E to the circulated report.

6.           An Application by Councillor J.Hurley to assist Pontrhydyfen RFC in modernising their changing and showering facilities in Pelenna, as set out in Appendix F to the circulated report.

7.           Application by Councillors S.Rahaman, S.Freeguard and D.Keogh to develop a major public art mural within the Port Talbot Town Centre, as set out in Appendix G to the circulated report.

Reason for Decisions:

To enable applications for funding from the Members Community Fund to be approved.

Implementation of Decisions:

The decision will be implemented after the 3 day call in period which ends at 9am, Sunday 13^th February 2022.  No call ins were received.
