Minutes:
The
Section 151 Officer thanked Cabinet for moving into Private Session and stated
the importance of setting out exactly the financial implications of the three
options.
In
addition, the Section 151 Officer understood that members would consider all
the implications not just the financial impacts but that he needed to ensure
that he had set out very clearly what the financial consequences would be to
Cabinet.
Cabinet
members were referred to Page 80 of Appendix 4 of the private circulated report
where the relative costs of the options were set out.
Decision:
That
Indoor Leisure Services be brought back to Neath Port Talbot County Borough
Council to operate as detailed in the private circulated report at Appendix 4.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure suitable arrangements are in place to maintain the provision of indoor
leisure services in the Neath Port Talbot locality.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the 3 day call in period.
