The
Mayor welcomed back Councillor Huw Jones, after a recent spell of ill health.
The
Mayor was pleased to inform Council that Stella Orrin and Jake Dorgan had been
successfully elected as Members of the Welsh Youth Parliament, representing
Aberavon and Neath respectively.
