Minutes:
It
was with great sadness that the Mayor highlighted the recent murder of Sir
David Amess, MP for Southend West on Friday 15 October 2021. Council’s thoughts were with the family and
friends at this time.
As
a mark of respect Members observed a minute’s silence.
On
a happier note, Council congratulated Councillor S.Rahaman
and family on the birth of a son.
Also,
Council congratulated Olivia Rachel Thomas, 10 years old from Taibach Ward, on her recent success in the World Karate
Championships in Romania.
