Decision:

That the costs for recovery of Council Tax be increased, with effect from 1^st April 2015 to the following:

·                 the issue of a summons              -                   £41.00

·                 the granting of a liability order   -                   £25.00

Reason for Decision:

To set the 2015/16 administrative costs to be recovered from the issue of summonses and liability orders.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
