The recommendation, as detailed in the circulated report, was amended at the meeting to include the words in italics below.

RESOLVED:         that the Local Impact Report and Written Representations, as detailed at Appendices A and B to the circulated report, be accepted, and that delegated powers be granted to the Head of Planning and the Development Manager – Planning, to allow any appropriate amendment or alteration to them as maybe necessary prior to their submission, and to explore with the applicant the possibility of Community Benefits – (Section 106 Agreement).
