RESOLVED:        That having given due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, delegated authority be granted to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to amend the Constitution of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council with the changes that are referenced in paragraph 10 of the circulated report. Together with the changes in Appendix 1 of the circulated report, and that the revised Constitution be published on the Council’s website.
