Decision:

That the response to the Welsh Government’s consultation on ‘An Anti-Racist Wales: The Race Equality Action Plan for Wales’ be approved and submitted to the Welsh Government on behalf of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

Reason for Decision:

To support the statutory requirements set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
