Decisions:

1.      That a co-ordinated approach be taken between Swansea Bay University Health Board and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to jointly deliver the potential relocation of the health facility and highway improvements.

2.      That a joint meeting be arranged with Welsh Government officials to explore the potential for this approach and investment.

3.      That the engagement activities for both health and highways be progressed and aligned.

Reason for Decisions:

To support a co-ordinated approach between Swansea Bay University Health Board and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

Implementation of Decisions:

With the agreement of the Scrutiny Chairperson at the meeting. The decision will be implemented immediately and therefore not subject to the 3 day call in period.
