Members received a verbal update highlighting that the implementation of the decision was omitted from the report.  The report should have stated that the decision was subject to the 3 day call in period.

Decision:

That approval be granted to undertake the work in relation to the opportunities for improvement as detailed in the action plan contained in Appendix 1 to the circulated report.

Reason for Decision:

To ensure the Council has in place arrangements to strengthen its business planning, performance management and risk management arrangements.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
