Decision:
That,
in line with approved policy, the named LA governor representative detailed in
Appendix A to the private circulated report be removed with immediate effect.
Reason for Decision:
The
conduct of the named local authority governor representative was not in keeping
of the expected standards of this Council and which pupils/parents and staff
would expect from someone occupying such a position of responsibility.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision is for Immediate Implementation.
