the full amount of grant monies be waived as detailed in the private circulated
report.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the Council exercises it discretion under the Housing Grants
Construction and Regeneration Act 1996: Disabled Facilities Grant (Conditions
relating to approval or payment of Grant) General Consent 2008.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
