The following Member made a declaration of interest
at the commencement of the meeting:-
Councillor R.Davies - Report of the Head of Planning and
Public Protection, Application No. P2020/0752, as she is a Governor at Ysgol Gymraeg
Ystalyfera. Councillor Davies considered her
declaration as prejudicial, so left the meeting for this item, and took no part
in the discussion and voting thereon.
