That the recommended offer to as set out in paragraph 7 of the private,
circulated report, be approved.
2. That the Head of Property and Regeneration be given delegated authority as set out in paragraph 20 of the private, circulated report.
Reason for Decisions:
To
enable the sale of a surplus property and attain a capital receipt.
Implementation of Decisions:
The
decisions will be implemented after the three day call in period.
