Decision:
That delegated authority be granted to the Head of
Property and Regeneration, in consultation with the Leader and relevant Cabinet
member, to dispose
of the former Afan Lido and Overflow Car Park for a
minimum sale price as detailed within the private, circulated report, or any
other figure that is higher, subject to the Head of Property and Regeneration
determining that such a sum was of best value to the Council.
Reason for Decision:
To
enable the disposal of the former Afan Lido and
Overflow Car Park site.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
