The Panel considered the Appeal against
dismissal by Employee
Number 955221. The appellant was present,
together with a work colleague.
RESOLVED: that the Appeal be upheld and the sanctions specified
at the meeting and contained in the confirmation letter from HR be imposed with
effect from the date of the appeal hearing
3 August 2020.
