The
Chief Executive advised Council that he, Directors, the Assistant Chief
Executive and Heads of Service would declare their interests in the report of
the Head of Human Resources on the Pay Policy Statement 2020/2021 and would
withdraw from the meeting during the discussion and voting thereon.
