Decision:
That
Rule 2 of the Contract Procedure Rules be excluded, and that delegated
authority be granted for the Assistant Chief Executive and Chief Digital
Officer to enter into a two year contract with the supplier detailed in the private,
circulated report and on the terms also set out in the private report.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure business continuity, to uphold the momentum of good progress already
made and to further develop the Council’s performance and risk management
arrangements.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
