Minutes:
It was noted that Councillors
L.C.Jones (Cabinet Member for Community Safety and
Public Protection) and A.Wingrave (Cabinet Member for
Regeneration and Sustainable Development) have portfolios with equal relevance to
the role of Head of Planning and Public Protection.
In order to adhere to the
correct makeup of the Committee, as described in the Constitution of Neath Port
Talbot, the two cabinet members agreed that on this occasion, Councillor
Wingrave would have voting rights and Councillor Jones would act as a
non-voting member.

That the following candidates be selected for
further shortlisting for the post of Head of Planning and Public protection,
with the successful candidates being invited to attend interview by Members: AT CM JP LJ MDT SB |
