Members discussed the Public Service Ombudsman Annual Report for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for 2018/2019.

It was noted that additional training for Code of Conduct would be offered in the new year, it was highlighted that this was not mandatory training.

RESOLVED:        That the content of the Public Service Ombudsman Annual Report for Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for 2018/2019 enclosed at Appendix 1 to the circulated report, and the steps that will be taken to reduce the number of referrals to the Ombudsman in respect of code of conduct matters, be noted.
