The Planning Committee discussed the report in detail taking into account the view of the Local Member.  Following discussions with Officers and Members, the following resolution was agreed:-

RESOLVED:        “that Authorisation be given for the Council to arrange a cross boundary public meeting to advise all interested parties of the current position with regard to this site, and Officers to pursue Options 1, 3 and 4 as detailed in the circulated report, with updating reports to be brought back to Committee every three months, with Option 1 to be taken as a final resort.”
