Members received the report of the Corporate Directors’ Group in relation to Budget Guideline Changes which had been commended to Council by Cabinet at its meeting of 12^th November 2014.

RESOLVED:        that the reserve movements as contained in Paragraphs 2.1 to 2.3 of the circulated report, be approved
