Minutes:
Officers
explained that the Unreasonable/Unacceptable Behaviour Policy had been used
infrequently, and was only necessary in extreme circumstances in order to
protect the welfare of staff and other customers.
Decision:
That
the Unreasonable/ Unacceptable Customer Behaviour Policy be amended, as
detailed in the circulated report.
Reason for Decision:
To
enable the Council to undertake its statutory duties and duty of care to
employees and Elected Members.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
