Minutes:
RESOLVED: That the following changes
to Committee Memberships and Outside
Body Representation, be approved:-
Cllr.L.Jones
to replace Cllr.A.N.Woolcock as Cabinet Member for
Community Safety and Public Protection and as a Member of the Regeneration and
Sustainable Development Cabinet Board.
Cllr.L.Jones be appointed as a non voting Member of the Personnel Committee and Member on
Staff Council.
As a consequence of the above Cllr.L.Jones
be removed from the following and that she not be replaced at this time:
Chair of the Cabinet
Scrutiny Committee;
Member on the Planning Committee, Registration and
Licensing Committee, Licensing and Gambling Acts Committee, Audit Committee and
Democratic Services Committee and substitute on the Licensing and Gambling Acts
Sub Committee.
In relation to Outside Body representation the
following changes be made:-
Cllr.L.Jones replace Cllr.A.N.Woolcock on SACRE, Afan
Tawe Nedd Crime Prevention Panel, the Neath Port
Talbot Black and Minority Ethnic Community Association and the Tata Steel Joint
Consultative Group.
Cllr L.Jones be removed
as one of the Authority’s representatives on the Swansea Bay City Deal and that
she not be replaced at this time.
