following Member made a declaration of interest at the commencement of the
meeting:-
Councillor P.A.Rees Re: Min No. 6 Report
of the Head of Transformation, Members’ Community Fund – Neath South, as it
refers to his Community Fund. As his interest was prejudicial he withdrew from
the room during discussion and voting thereon.
