and stepped access, plus formation of dedicated parking area for 6 vehicles on
land to the north-east of the Angel Hotel and one disabled persons parking
space on site at Former Tourist Information Centre, Pontneathvaughan Road,
Glynneath, Neath. SA11 5NR) as detailed in the circulated report.
In
accordance with the Council’s approved Public Speaking Protocol, a
representative objecting to the Application had given the required Notice to
attend and speak against the application.
The objector however, did not attend the meeting.
RESOLVED: |
That
in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application No. P2018/0860 be
approved, subject to the conditions detailed in the circulated report. |
