That the budget monitoring information be noted and management arrangements
put in place to minimise overspends and the adverse impacts on reserves;

That the additional grants received, be noted;

That the proposed reserve movements and budget virements,
be approved and commended to Council as appropriate.

Reason for Decisions:
To
update the Council’s budget for additional grants received, budget virements and reserve movements in line with the Council’s
Constitution.
