delegated authority be granted to the Head of Legal Services for the variation of
the Transfer Agreement with Tai Tarian Limited to
reduce the number of Members from four to two, as detailed in the circulated
report.

of the Transfer Agreement with Tai Tarian Limited to
reduce the number of Members from four to two, as detailed in the circulated
report.
Reason for Decision:
To ensure
that the Council continues to have nominated appointees to the Tai Tarian Limited voluntary board and to ensure that Tai Tarian Limited and the Council comply with the obligations
now implemented in the Regulation of Registered Social Landlords (Wales) Act
2018.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
