RESOLVED: that the Minutes of the
previous meetings of Council be confirmed, subject to:
21 February 2018

the third bullet point of Minute No 4 being amended from Valley’s to
Valleys’ and other grammatical errors as appropriate.
2.
the sixth bullet point of Minute No 4 being amended to read ‘ the Arts
Council of Wales commissioned 3 associates to look at the Arts Centre’s
continued sustainability (the Resilience Programme).
3.
the twelfth bullet point be amended to read ‘and Cefn
Coed Museum could not be taken from reserves’.
