Councillor A.Aubrey              In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as it refers to the SEBD at Coedffranc Primary School as she is a Governor at the school.

Councillor M.Harvey             In relation to the Report of the Assistant Chief Executive and Chief Digital Officer on the Neath Port Talbot Public Services Board – Wellbeing Plan for 2018-2023 ‘The Neath Port Talbot We Want’ as it refers to the South Wales Police as he is employed by them.

Councillor H.N.James           In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as he is Chair of Governors of Llansawel Primary, Shadow Governor at Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Dur and Shadow Governor at Ysgol Carreg Hir and confirmed his dispensation to both speak and vote thereon.

Councillor S.Knoyle              In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as he is a Governor at YGG Cwmnedd.

Councillor A.McGrath           In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as he is Covernor at Crynallt Primary School.

Councillor S.M.Penry            In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as she is Vice Chair of Governors at Cefn Saeson and Melin Primary School.

Councillor P.A.Rees             In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as he is Governor at Crynallt Primary and Cefn Saeson and confirmed his dispensation to both speak and vote thereon.    

Councillor J.Warman            In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as he is Governor at Crynallt School.

Councillor A.Wingrave          In relation to Minute No 6 of the Education, Skills and Culture Cabinet Board held on 12 January 2018 as she is Governor at Coedffranc Primary School and also has a granddaughter who attends that school, and confirmed her dispensation to speak only.
