an increase to the maximum hackney carriage fare, be refused.

Reason for Decision:
As
65% of respondents (hackney carriage proprietors drivers) who took part in the
consultation exercise were opposed to an increase in the maximum hackney carriage
fare.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
