Variation of Condition 4 of Planning Permission P2011/0136 to allow for the processing of waste materials within the existing RRF building on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis at Derwen Plant Ltd., Neath Abbey Wharf, Neath Abbey, Wharf Access Road, Skewen, Neath. SA10 6BL

Officers made a presentation to the Planning Committee on this Application (Variation of Condition 4 of Planning Permission P2011/0136 to allow for the processing of waste materials within the existing RRF building on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis, D at Derwen Plant Ltd Neath Abbey Wharf, Neath Abbey Wharf Access Road, Skewen, Neath SA10 6BL) as detailed in the circulated report.

The Local Member, Councillor A.P.H.Davies, addressed the Committee.

RESOLVED:       (1)      That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations, Application P2017/0942 be approved subject to the Conditions as detailed within the circulated report;

                              (2)      That in the event of an application being received to extend the 12 month temporary extension to working hours, a further report be brought before this Committee for decision.
