That the first part of the Annual Report for 2017-18, as contained in the circulated report, be adopted, subject to the report being amended to include links between it and the future report on the second half of 2017/18.

Reason for Decision:

To meet the statutory requirements set out in the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 and the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
