relation to (i) Agenda item 3 re Presentation by the
South Wales Police, Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable as he
is employed by the South Wales Police and (ii) Agenda Item 7 re Minutes of the
Policy and Resources Cabinet Board of 1 November 2017 in relation to the
Community Councils’ Minor Projects Scheme as he is a Member of the Coedffranc Community Council.
