Mayor was pleased to announce the following recipients in the Queen’s birthday
honours:-

Jane Hyman (from Baglan) Chair of Trustees, RSPCA Llys Nini Branch for services to
Animal Welfare and the Environment – Member of the Order of the British Empire
and
Valerie James (from Seven Sisters) for Services to Older People and to
the Community – Medallist of the Order of the British Empire.
