Members received an overview of the circulated report, and felt there needed to be a distinction between standards of behaviour and standards of performance, and were therefore pleased to support the recommendation therein. A link to the above-mentioned White Paper would be circulated to Members.

RESOLVED:       that the Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer be given delegated authority to make representations to the Welsh Government in response to the White Paper, on behalf of the Standards Committee.
