Decision:
That
the Highway Technical Design Guide, as
detailed at Appendix 3 to the circulated report, be agreed as forming
the basis for consultation.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure that clear guidance is issued by the Council in respect of the expectations
on all development proposals to demonstrate high standards of road safety.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
