Decision:
That
the Renewable and Low Carbon Energy Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG), as
detailed at Appendix 1 to the
circulated report, and the Design SPG as detailed at Appendix 2 to the circulated report, be agreed as forming the
basis for consultation.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure that clear guidance is issued by the Council in respect of Renewable and
Low Carbon Energy developments and the expectations on all development
proposals to demonstrate high quality design.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.

This
item has been subject to external consultation.
