Decision:

That the Experimental Traffic Orders (No Waiting, No Loading/Unloading, At Any Time Order at Ty-Fry Road, Bertha Road and Beechwood Road, Margam) be advertised for 18 months (as detailed at Appendices A and B to the circulated report) and subject to there being no objections within the first six months of the Order, the Order be implemented permanently.

Reason for Decision:

To prevent indiscriminate parking in the interest of road safety.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
