That
39/120ths of the grant monies owed be waived, as detailed in the circulated
report for the reasons given, and the remainder of the money be
reclaimed.
Reason for Decision:
To
ensure the Authority exercises it discretion under the Housing Grants
Construction and Regeneration Act 1996: Disabled Facilities Grant (Conditions
relating to approval or payment of Grant) General Consent 2008.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
