Members wished to thank Homecare Service staff for all their hard work, which was recognised by both Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet Board.

Decision:

That the recommendations within the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales’ inspection report, as detailed within the circulated report, be implemented.

Reason for Decision:

To comply with the recommendations of the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales’ (CSSIW) inspection report.

Implementation of Decision:

The decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
