Council received the report of the Chief Executive on the Swansea Bay City Deal, which had been considered and approved by Cabinet on 24 January, 2017 and was being reported to Council for information.

Members welcomed the progress made with the Swansea Bay City Deal and were keen to pursue all potential economic opportunities to improve local communities throughout the Neath Port Talbot area.

RESOLVED:      that the above report be noted.
