RESOLVED:      that the following amendments to the outside body representation be approved:

1.   that Councillor J.Warman be replaced by Councillor Mrs C.Edwards as the Authority's representative on the Community Health Council, as Councillor Warman had reached the maximum number of years he could sit on the Community Health Council in line with its own Rules;

2.   that Councillor A.Jenkins be removed from the  Valuation Tribunal for Wales (Appeals), following his resignation from the panel in May 2016;

3.   that Neath Port Talbot College Corporation Board be removed from the list of Outside Bodies,as the Board no longer needs representation from the Local Authority;

4.   that the list of Outside Bodies be updated, by renaming Care and Repair NPT as 'Care and Repair Western Bay', following the merger between Care and Repair NPT and Care and Repair Swansea.
