Council considered the report of the Head of Planning and Public Protection on proposed changes to the delegated power to change decision making protocols.

RESOLVED:     1.        that the following, as contained in the circulated report, be approved:-

·                        The amended Delegated Arrangements

·                        The amended Procedure Note for Public  Speaking at Planning Committee

·                      The amended Site Visit procedures

·                        The amended Cut-off Period for Late Submission of Representations

2.                  That delegated authority be given by Council to the Planning Committee for the Planning function, including any further amendments as may be deemed necessary to the above arrangements / procedures in future.
