Decision:
That
the application for Business Rates Hardship Relief for the Neath
store of H.H.F., be refused.
Reason for Decision:
1.
The council and police are taking action to try
to minimise anti-social behaviour. Benches located outside the Neath store have been removed as this was highlighted as a
major issue by the company directors.
2.
Other
local businesses may also apply for hardship relief.
Implementation of Decision:
The
decision will be implemented after the three day call in period.
